With the increasing voice of environmental protection of "necessary invaluable assets, but also clear waters and lush mountains", the transformation of manufacturing to green manufacturing is essential, and the machine tool industry is no exception. Since last year, the incidents of several machine tool companies accidentally crossing the environmental protection bottom line also remind us that environmental protection should not only be taken into account, but also acted upon. So, how can machine tool companies achieve green manufacturing?
To achieve green manufacturing, machine tool enterprises need to start from both production and product aspects, that is, green manufacturing of production and green manufacturing of products. For machine tool enterprises to achieve green production, the following aspects are very important.
First, set standards and have rules to follow. It is not difficult to see from several environmental protection incidents that many companies have little knowledge of environmental protection regulations. There are natural reasons for this, but the existence of factors such as unclear environmental protection policies and incomplete relevant regulations cannot be ignored. Therefore, in order to achieve green production, enterprises must first have clear environmental protection standards for reference. Third, upgrade the workshop. For powerful enterprises, it is of course the best choice to establish a more scientific and reasonable processing workshop. For example, the more popular CNC workshops and intelligent workshops can make full use of resources. This type of workshop is not only efficient, but also optimizes the factory environment to the greatest extent possible. At present, this is also the development method advocated by manufacturing enterprises.
After talking about the green manufacturing of the enterprise, let's talk about how the enterprise of the enterprise can produce "green products". Generally speaking, environmentally friendly machine tool products have the following characteristics.
